"[I do it] because it makes me feel great. I'm not doing it for any other reason other than it really feels good to move and breathe and exercise. I don't like being on a treadmill for an hour. That's a drag for sure. But there are ways to make it fun, just zone out a little bit. And if I want to go for a bike ride on the river and listen to my Walkman, I enjoy that. It's nice to feel your heart beat so fast and to be out of breath!"
