Group Therapy: Walking
The new year is here and most of us have vowed to be more active this year. A great way to follow through on that new fitness vow is by joining a walking group.
The American Volkssport Association is a volksmarching group, which is a form of non-competitive fitness walking that developed in Europe -- Participants typically walk 6.2 miles on an outdoor path.
