We are big fans of avocados over here! Not only does their creamy texture lend itself to loads of dishes, but they also contain the good-for-you fats needed to help lower bad cholesterol. They also contain vitamin E and lutein, a natural antioxidant that may help maintain eye health. To grill an avocado, cut the fruit in half, remove the seed, and brush it with some lime juice and olive oil. Leave the skin on, and place it face-side-down on the grill.
