Gear to Help Moms Get in Shape
New Moms: Get This Gear and Get Your Prebaby Body Back

If walking or hiking is more your speed, a Moby Wrap is hands down a must have. It's a long piece of fabric that you tie around your body (it's a cinch with a little practice), and you can keep your baby snug and close to you. They make a Moby UV ($45) that has added SPF 50+, so your little one will be even more protected. It's one of the most reasonably priced carriers on the market, and since the material hugs both shoulders equally, you don't have to worry about back pain.
The Moby was my savior right after delivering. It allowed me to go on long walks while my newborn snoozed away. Aside from walking and hiking, you can also wear your baby while doing strength training exercises and some yoga poses. This wrap comes in tons of colors, is washable, and can hold a child up to 35 pounds.
