| Holding a 5-pound dumbbell in each hand, bend slightly at the waist and split your stance so that your right foot is in front of your left foot. Your right arm is extended toward the floor while your left arm is bent in a V. Simultaneously do a slow bicep curl with your right arm and a kickback with your left arm. Do 1 set of 12 reps on each side. |
