Kale is a big favorite among the FitSugar team: it's nutritious, versatile, and, best of all, it tastes good. Lucky for us, it's in season! Look for it at the farmers market or in your CSA box and use it to make chips, soup, or a gratin. It's also yummy on its own with a little olive oil, salt, and garlic.
