Get Fit For 2010: One Reader's Desire to Tone Up

Here are the goals FitSugar user BritsConfessions set for herself in the Get Fit For 2010 community challenge and contest.

Hi, my name is Brittney and my New Year's resolution for 2009 was to lose weight. I have successfully completed that resolution and have lost 100 pounds.

For the 2010 New Year I have made the resolution to add weights to my workout and start toning. I go to the gym five days a week and I've added 30 minutes of weight training to the start of my workout. I finish that up with cardio.

Another one of my goals is to complete a 5k. I'm not much of a runner so I downloaded the Couch to 5k iPhone app — I'm really excited to get started on that.
