Many of us celebrate Valentine's Day with chocolate, but remember not all chocolate is created equally. Dark chocolate, with at least 70 percent cocoa, offers health benefits that the milk version does not. Not only does it contain high antioxidant levels, but dark chocolate increases flexibility of blood vessel walls, which can reduce the risk of heart attacks.
