Belly-Fat-Blast Bikini Prep: Cardio and Core

It's time for a workout dedicated to the abs. For day 11 of our workout plan for May [1], we're going to blast belly fat with intervals on the treadmill and follow up that cardio session with a 10-minute video ab workout.
