Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 to 2 scoops of ice
    4 fresh figs, stems removed and cut in half
    1/2 banana
    1 date, pitted
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add the almond milk, yogurt, ice, figs, and banana to a blender, and blend for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  2. Add the date, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon, and blend again until fully combined. Serve immediately.
