@amber512 Lucky you! I'm eating primarily plant-based in my GF diet, but still find that I don't get enough fiber. I have to be real picky about making sure I pick the right veggies (along with those that aren't high in fiber). Legumes are my best friend!

I get 30-40 grams a day, even on a gluten-free diet. Definitely don't have a problem getting in my fiber (psst vegetables are naturally gluten-free! make sure to eat plenty and you're golden!)
