The only one that would work for my office would be the idea to wear a workout tank under a cardigan. Not sure the spandex pants would be appropriate for a conservative office - but I have tried leggings with a long tunic and cardigan on Casual Friday. One thing I am excited to try come winter are wearing the super structured Rebok EasyTone Capris which have jean-like pockets on the back with knee high boots :)
