Breakfast
Protein smoothie — 1/2 banana, one cup frozen mixed berries/pineapple, one scoop protein powder, one scoop mila chia seed powder, 1 1/2 cup almond milk
Mid-Morning Snack
Five cashews, 10 almonds
Lunch
Romaine lettuce, two hard-boiled egg whites, 1/2 hard-boiled egg yolk, one roasted beet, homemade honey mustard dressing, three tablespoons raisins, one bite of brown rice krispy treat
Afternoon Snack
1.5 oz 0% Fage Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, 1/2 TLC pumpkin spice granola bar crumbled
Dinner
Two carrots with garlic hummus, edamame veggie stir-fry, 1/2 baked sweet potato
After-Dinner Snack
Five cashews, five almonds, one tablespoons raisins, cinnamon apple baked chips
