This week's challenge: keep a fitness journal by writing a blog post in the Get Fit For 2010 community detailing your workouts. Don't forget to add photos — consider FitSugar your photo library. You can check out my fitness journal here. To help you, we've created an easy to use printable fitness journal. Just download the PDF, print it out, and start tracking your fitness life. Not only is this a good way to keep track of the calories you're burning and the muscles you're working, it is a handy way to plan your workouts. Tape your plan on your fridge or by your desk to remind you to hit the gym.
