Carmen Electra has a new Aerobic Striptease - In the Bedroom DVD and she convinced Ellen to do a little bit of the workout with her on Ellen's show recently. I personally resonated with this clip because Ellen acts exactly how I feel when I am doing these sexy type workout videos — and I also happen to really enjoy Ellen.

thats hilarious but im sorry i could not break a sweat from doing any of that. the intensity level doesn't exist for me. i just felt goofy.

I feel so silly when I do these things. I have her first DVD that's just the Aerobic Striptease and she literally says "never underestimate the power of the finger in your mouth." I cracked up. I was the only one in the house and I still felt like a moron.
