A fit woman going into both my pregnancies, I gained a fair bit of weight with both of my daughters. While I worked hard to lose those excess pounds, I have found maintaining my weight to be a walk in the park (I kind of mean that literally). Along with regular exercise, here are five simple (and easy to incorporate into your daily life) tricks I use to keep the numbers on my scale steady and my jeans fitting just right.
