I do what DesignR does, and a little bit more...sometimes you have to stretch.

i don't really know how to stretch that well, but recently i have been learning from FIT!

When I'm waiting for the microwave in the kitchen at work, I do like calf lifts and stuff or slight stretching and I stretch a little bit at my desk, but I work in a cube farm and someone is always watching. It's a shame that we feel so embarassed to be physically healthy in public. Why do people feel the need to honk at someone because they're walking or jogging? What's so funny about someone being healthy?

No, unless it's my arms over my head, but NEVER bending over, or putting my leg up on something.
