With all the wild Winter weather we've had this week, it can be hard to find the motivation to continue a normal workout routine, especially if it involves venturing outside or making your way to the gym. Indoor workouts can help stave off boredom if you're stuck inside (like our 10-minute workout videos), but if you're used to exercising outdoors, having to stay inside can be demotivating. So we want to know: does bad Winter weather make you work out more, less, or just the same?
