Do You Measure Out Serving Sizes?

When it comes to portion control, it's not a bad idea to measure out serving sizes. This way you know how many calories you are truly eating. It trains you to understand what one cup or ounce looks like. After I started measuring serving sizes, I realized that my previous estimated amounts were always more than the actual portion.
