4I love plyometrics! I do jump squats a lot, and they are so hard! Actually, would you mind posting some more exercises that we might not know about?

10Said it before nephew Andrew competitive figure skater - trains for explosive jumps using plyometrics. Huge and strong Gluts & leg muscles - great balance on that kid.
11ha! the 'jumping for joy' part gave it away
12I love it and dread it at the same time. You definitely know ploymetric exercising are working your body hard. You really have to motivate yourself to jump.
