Did You Work Out This Morning?

I usually work out in the morning before anyone else in my house wakes up. This way I can fit in my workout and get it done for the day. It's a great way to wake up. Daylight Saving messed up my routine for a while, but now I am back on track. I returned to my previous schedule and am surprised that it took almost two weeks to recover from the time change. I worked out this morning, did you?
