Are the Dark Mornings Affecting Your Exercise Habits?

All Summer long, I ran in the early mornings. It was great to fit in a run before the rest of my household was up. The sun woke me up before 6:00 and I was out the door. Now, the sun isn't up until I have finished my post run shower, if I get up at all.

I find it hard to work out in the dark early mornings, how about you . . .
