Dancing at a holiday party keeps you away from the booze and the party food, assuming you don't take your drink with you (you don't want to spill, do you?). Better yet, it burns those extra calories you might be racking up. In just 30 minutes of low-impact aerobic dancing, a 130-pound woman burns about 148 calories.
