Countdown to the Oscars: Get Fit with Ellen and Bob
Today is day two of my Countdown to The Oscars. Today Ellen and Bob Harper do some physio ball core exercises.
These are great ways to work your core but you will be needing a physio ball for this video. Remember, just like Bob says, do each exercise for 45 seconds.
