Although the Get Fit For 2010 giveaway began in January, it's not too late to join the contest, and it's never too late to make a new fitness goal. Sometimes all it takes is a good workout plan to get you on track to a healthier you. FitSugar reader corgipants found a love for running using her favorite workout.A year ago, if you asked me to run to the end of the block I would have said "No way!" And now I can run three or four miles at a stretch! It all started with a vacation to Colorado and an empty hotel fitness room. I thought, what the heck, I'm alone, no one will make fun of me, I might as well try to run on the treadmill. And I did, for a few minutes! After I got home, I researched ways to get started and printed out the Couch to 5K program. In a few months, I ran my first 5K nonstop! Now if you asked me to run to the end of the block, you wouldn't see me for a good 45 minutes!
