Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
- In a bowl, combine first three ingredients.
- Spread evenly in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Ladle one-fourth of your oat egg mixture into the skillet and spread until it resembles a small pancake. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping once. Repeat three more times until all the batter is finished.
- Top your oatcakes with applesauce and berries, and enjoy!
