Cinnamon Apple Crisp Parfait
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp almond butter
1 small apple, chopped (with skin)
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 oz. nonfat organic Greek yogurt
- Combine oats and almond butter; set aside.
- Sauté apple over medium heat in water and lemon juice until tender.
- Fold cinnamon into yogurt.
- In parfait glass, layer apples with yogurt and oat/almond butter mixture.
