Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
    1 teaspoon maple syrup
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 teaspoon chopped salted peanuts
    1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semisweet Mini Chips)

Directions

  1. Add the first five ingredients to a small mason jar.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, mix in the peanuts and chocolate chips and enjoy!
