There's no way we could ever look as good as Cameron Diaz, right? According to Cameron's trainer Teddy Bass, that way of thinking is just plain wrong. "I wish that more people would look at celebrities and the trainers who work with them and use that as encouragement to work out," Teddy said at a recent event hosted by Asics America. It sounds easy enough, and according to Teddy, it is — and you can do it all in the comfort of your own home. "Everyone says they don't have time, but that's not true," he says. "These moves can be done in under 30 minutes, and all you need are basic household items — everyone has a couch; everyone has a table!"
