When I hear the familiar carnival-like music playing "It's a Small World" in the distance, the children in my neighborhood burst out their front doors with dollars in hand, giggling about what frozen treat they'll order from the ice cream truck. My husband is often one of the big kids in the crowd and always comes back smiling with an ice cream sandwich and a Bomb Pop. Summer just wouldn't be Summer without a visit from Mr. Ding-a-Ling.
