Calories in Fast Food Salad Dressing

Which Fast Food Salad Dressing Is Healthiest?

Sometimes, there's no way to hide from the fast food drive-through. Luckily, most restaurants have a healthy menu for you choose from, although with the long ingredient lists on some of these products, "healthier" is relative.

Salad offerings at fast food restaurants are no different; although the base of lettuce and other vegetables is good news for your healthier eating pledge, large dressing packets can be your diet's downfall. Before you pour on the sauce, check out the calorie stats of salad dressings from five top fast food restaurants.

Most of the restaurants have many more dressings to choose from, but the Italian dressing options are some of the healthiest. And although I'm not sure what exactly is in Taco Bell's only non-Ranch option, Zesty Dressing, its Spicy Avocado Ranch Dressing has far fewer calories than the others, and you always have the option of using salsa to dress your salad instead!
