4 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 large head of broccoli (approximately 4 cups), washed and cut into florets
1 tsp sea salt

1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed
4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
