Here at Sugar we've been rooting for Britney Spears to make a comeback for a while now. While I am happy her music career seems to be back on track, I am even happier that Britney seems to be getting healthy again. She looks fabulous, and those arm exercises are great for the upper bod, it's no wonder she is toning up so fast. Here's hoping that in getting healthy, she ditches the cigarettes, too.
