Move: Single Leg, One Arm Pull

You'll need: A Bob Harper/GoFit Contour Kettlebell. Beginners try a 7-10 pound bell, more advanced 15 pound for $39.99 (shown in picture)

How To Do It:

  1. Stand up tall. Hinge at hips with chest coming down, lift back foot off ground and hold out parallel to the floor. CKB_BobHarper_B1_LR.jpg

I am not a trainer and even I know that is the wrong way to do that exercise. Also, your kettlebell technique needs to be reviewed by someone in the Russian Kettlebell Challenge certification program. those people really know what they are doing. You are making yourself look like a bad trainer with your lack of KB knowledge.
Wow! That is so wrong on so many levels. Bob harper knows nothing. He is an actor, a not very good one. That is all. Go to an RKC or AKC certified trainer to learn how to use kettlebells. There are some excellent videos, Bob harpers is one of the worst. Try Pavel Tsatsouline, Sarah Lurie, Yoana Snideman, or Jordan Vezina if you want quality.
