Ingredients For Pancakes For Topping Protein frosting is made by mixing one scoop of protein powder with either water or almond milk, add little liquid to the powder gradually until it becomes a frosting like texture! I use Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder and it's amazing! Not sure how other powders will taste, but try! Directions Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cook on a skillet and enjoy!Blueberry Oatmeal Pancake
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 packets of Stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dried blueberries (or any fruit you choose)
Protein frosting
Granola
Maple syrup
Makes one big delicious pancake!
