Blueberry Green Monster Smoothie
The Green Monster Gets a Blue Makeover in This Protein-Packed Smoothie

The FitSugar Instagram photo library is an inspirational source (and visual guide) to healthy living; it's full of workouts, recipe ideas, and the latest gear. Take for example this photo I recently posted of a blueberry green monster; shortly after it went up, there were several people on Twitter requesting the recipe. This smoothie is a cinch to make, full of nutrients — especially protein — and has just enough sweetness to balance out the tart yogurt. It's also easy when you're on the move, and has been my go-to light breakfast during the commute into the office.
Learn how easy it is to make this smoothie recipe after the break!
