This workout was designed with Summer in mind — specifically swimsuit time and the body-baring bikini! All the exercises target the trouble zones while keeping your heart rate up to burn fat. We use a couple of hand towels in the workout (if you are exercising on carpet, you can use fitness gliders [1] or paper plates), but we also offer modifications if you don't have them — so no excuses.
