If you regularly spend your evenings glued to the computer screen, you're doing your potential bikini body a serious disservice. For one thing, all that screen time can make it tough to fall asleep later on, and sleep is a crucial factor in slimming down. And, for another, those hours spent sitting could be much better spent by getting active or doing calorie-burning house chores. Give your laptop a bedtime so that you're ready to wind down for yours.
