I think that the tips displayed here are the same ones being pushed over and over on The Biggest Loser; they are 100% on the money, especially treating yourself the way you treat others. When you make time for yourself anything is possible and that is something we get to see season after season on the show. This season I've connected more than I have in the past and I see that all the advice given here is really important in order to be successful. I watched a clip of the makeover show in my office at DISH and the differences are so mind-blowing that it just inspired me to keep going. Even though Jillian is the toughest of the bunch I can really appreciate her enthusiasm and focus. I wasn't able to watch the newest episode but I plan on watching it tonight on my train ride home. Thanks to DISH Anywhere and the Hopper I can watch the latest episode of The Biggest Loser on my iPad anytime, anywhere.
