Schyuler Grant, Janet Stone, and Ashley Turner teamed up for a fun class that focused on some serious arm-balancing postures. All three women were from three different cities — NYC, SF, and LA — and DJ Drez brought out music that was indicative of each locale. The best lesson I received from this inspiring class? Before you can really take flight, you've got to set up a strong foundation.
