Purist Water Bottle From Specialized

Nothing beats a water bottle with a sports cap for drinking ease — especially when cycling — but the leaking and the plastic taste can be a serious turnoff to mobile hydration. Specialized has fixed these irksome issues with its Purist bottle ($12).

The bottle is free of the hormone-disrupting chemical BPA and is lined with a flexible glass, which keeps the plastic taste out of your water, and your sports drink flavor out of the bottle. The sports cap doesn't leak either. This bottle has become my constant companion whether I am hiking, biking, or road-tripping.
