Who doesn't want to get a kick-ass workout with Jillian Michaels? We've loved her workout DVDs in the past, and Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 ($8) is no exception to the rule. The DVD offers four 24-minute workouts based on Jillian's 3-2-1 interval system: three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio, and one minute of abs. As you progress over the month, each workout gets tougher to keep you on your toes.

I discovered TurboFire this summer and so far have lost 34 lbs!! 16 more to go! I've since started p90x now too but I can honestly say that things sure have changed for the better since the old 20-min-workouts that used to be on tv...remember those ladies!!?? HAHA Seriously, TurboFire is so much fun, losing weight has been a piece of cake! (excuse the pun!) ;) msg me if u want a fitness buddy, I'd love some more motivation! c-benson@rogers.com
