Not only that, you'll be wasting your time if you're not doing your moves properly. "Exercise form is key! You can get maximum results with fewer reps with perfect form instead of a gazillion reps with lazy form. Why waste your time, do it right every time (guess that applies to everything in life too!)," says Facebook fan Katward.
If you're not sure whether you're doing an exercise correctly, don't just guess. Enlist the help of a friend, trainer, or instructor to check your form and offer tips, and try doing your moves in front of a mirror if you can.
