    • 1 frozen banana
    • 6 frozen strawberries
    • 4 raw broccoli florets
    • 6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
    • 1/2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup cold water
