Back on Track: Pack Your Lunch Now
Summer is slowly drawing to a close and the wonderful distraction of the Olympics has drawn to a close as well. I suggest starting the last week of August off on the right foot by packing your lunch for Monday the night before. Take what's left of Sunday dinner and create a healthy lunch. I like to use leftover veggies and meat as salad toppers for my greens. Making your own lunch means you end up with a meal that is good for your waistline as well as your wallet.
