This challenging push-up variation beats boredom and works your entire body.
Position the BOSU in front of you and get into a push-up position with legs straight out behind you and toes pointed. Place your left hand on the center of the BOSU and your right hand parallel to it on the floor beside the ball.
Lower your body to the floor (to the right of the ball), keeping elbows out and bent and maintaining correct push-up posture. Keep your navel pulled in, abs engaged, and back straight.
Raise your body back up and move your right hand so that it is next to your left hand on the top of the BOSU. Once your right hand is on the BOSU, move your left hand to the floor to the left of the ball and lower your body into a push-up.
This completes one rep. Raise back up and move back to the left by moving your left hand onto the top of the ball and shifting to the left as you were in starting position. Do three sets of five.
