The folks from Funny or Die (FOD) have done it again. With the help of the intimidating actor and soccer player Vinnie Jones, they've made this hilarious (and not PG) weight loss spoof. As humorous as the horribly wrong systems such as the Shake Weight and ThighGlider, I think the FOD folks might be on to something with their Attack Cardio system. As Jones himself says: "Nothing burns calories like fear!"
