Definition: Adductors
The group of muscles commonly known as the inner thigh. The adductor muscles work to bring the thighs together, to draw the legs back to center, or to cross the thigh over the mid-line of the body. The adductor muscle group in comprised of: the adductor magnus, adductor brevis, addcutor longus, pectineus and gracilis.
