If I make it to 95, I would love to still be walking like a normal human. Charles Eugster, however, is still running just as well as any young person, and he just set a new world record for the indoor 200-meter dash for the over 95 years old category at a British Masters Athletic Federation meeting in London. Eugster covered the distance in just 55.48 seconds, which is a whole 2.4 seconds faster than the previous record.

The man, who started bodybuilding at age 87, says he hopes he will be an inspiration to other elderly people. "The idea is I want to change the world, you see. I want to make old age something wonderful, stupendous, glorious, fantastic, superb, interesting, exciting. I want to make old age the best part of one's life," said Eugster.

The inspiring sprinter can teach us all a thing or two, and he's just one of many fit and fabulous senior citizens!
