Easy Ways to Curb Cravings
Out of Site, Out of Mind
Try not to keep the tempting cravings around you. If you typically crave Peanut M&M's then don't keep a big bag at your desk at work or in your pantry at home. Hopefully not having your craving so easily accessible will lessen your thoughts of eating it.

Yah, I never watch TV downstairs cuz it's near the kitchen...I only watch tv upstairs where there's no food.
